Start with the awkward part. MuchBetter is the e-wallet every Canadian casino forum recommends, and not one site on our list printed it before sign-up. We looked. It may well be in the cashier once you register, because cashiers are built per country and we can only see the public page, but we are not going to list it on the strength of a forum post. What the sites do print is below.
Who prints which wallet
SpinMills has the longest list: Skrill, Neteller, Revolut and MiFinity, in the same row as Interac, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa and Mastercard. No limits printed per method. The one number that applies is the C$40 minimum for the welcome pack, which is the same whichever wallet you use. It is a CAD site, so a C$40 Skrill deposit is C$40 on the balance.
Spinlander prints Skrill and Neteller alongside Visa, Mastercard, Paysafecard and crypto, and says there are 70+ methods in total. It is also the one site that says something useful about e-wallets on the way out: withdrawals run 1 to 3 days after one-time KYC, and e-wallets and crypto are in the instant lane. CAD balance.

You open an account with the wallet company, verify it (they want ID too), and load it from your bank or card. At the casino you pick the wallet, type an amount, get bounced to the wallet's login, approve, and the balance is there in seconds. The bank sees a transfer to Skrill or MiFinity, not to a casino, which is the whole reason people use them: a credit card that declines gambling will often load a wallet without blinking.
Fees sit on the wallet side. Loading from a card, holding a currency other than the one you loaded, and withdrawing back to your bank can each carry a charge, and the casino's "no fees" line does not cover any of it. Revolut is the odd one out: it is a bank-style account, and whether a Revolut card deposit is treated as a card or a transfer depends on how SpinMills routes it, which the site does not say.
Wallets and KYC
Two sets of documents, not one. The wallet verifies you when you open it. The casino verifies you at the first withdrawal. They do not share. The upside is that a verified wallet is the kind of payment proof casinos like, because the name on it already matches your ID. The downside is that a wallet in a different name than your casino account is the fastest way to get a withdrawal frozen. Spinlander's "instant lane after KYC" line is honest about the order: KYC first, instant second.

The bonus clause
Here is the part the cashier does not mention. A lot of casino bonus terms exclude deposits made by Skrill and Neteller from the welcome bonus. The deposit goes through, the balance is there, and the bonus does not attach. The casinos do this because wallet deposits are cheap to reverse and expensive in processing fees, and bonus abusers lean on them. Neither SpinMills nor Spinlander printed such a clause on the pages we saw, and we are not going to claim it for either of them. Check the bonus terms for the words "Skrill" and "Neteller" before you deposit with one. It takes thirty seconds and it is the single most common reason a welcome bonus fails to show up.
One data point from outside the cashier: published reviews of Malina Casino report that Skrill and Neteller deposits do not qualify for bonuses there. Malina does not print an e-wallet list before sign-up, so we cannot check it against the cashier, but it is the pattern in action.
The workaround is dull. Make the first deposit, the one that triggers the welcome pack, by Interac or card or voucher, and switch to the wallet afterwards for reloads and payouts. SpinMills' pack runs over five deposits of C$40 or more with 40x wagering on the bonus, so if the clause applies there it applies five times.
Wallet withdrawals
The reason to bother with all this is the way out. Spinlander is the only site that prints a lane for it, and that lane is "instant" after KYC. SpinMills prints no withdrawal time; its limit is set by VIP level, C$730 at level 1 up to C$2,900 at level 15. Most sites will only pay out to a wallet you have deposited from, so a wallet you opened the day you asked for your winnings will not be accepted as the destination. Deposit with it once, early, if you want to be paid to it.
