Eight of our fifteen sites take a bet on the game as well as the reels. What the sports side prints about bonuses, and why the two halves rarely share money.
Eight casinos on our list have a sportsbook under the same login: BC.Game, FairPari, Malina, MyEmpire, Neon54, RTbet, Stake and Whale.io. What the sports welcome looks like, where it is printed
FairPari makes the split explicit at registration: you choose the casino package, up to C$2,387.65 plus 150 free spins, or the sports first-deposit bonus, 100% up to C$159.18. One or the other. The odd amounts are euros converted, which the site tells you by quoting promo amounts in EUR elsewhere. The sportsbook side has TOTO pools, esports, a Multi-LIVE view, virtual sports, TV games, bingo and poker, and the 10% Crypto Boost applies to any deposit whichever package you picked. When we looked, 16,959 people were on the sports tiles against 27,975 in the casino, and the trending sports row ran soccer, American football, baseball, tennis, ice hockey, basketball, cricket and MMA. What you get instead of a welcome is Rakeback, a daily Reload, the Weekly Boost and a Monthly Bonus, all of which apply to play on both sides. BC.Game is the same shape, no welcome, with a sports-specific promo printed: the Top 5 Leagues Combo Boost, sharing $500,000 with up to 35% back, ending November 10. Whale.io prints a 200% welcome bonus on the first deposit without saying which side it applies to, and a sportsbook with football, CS2 and Dota 2. Crypto only.

The casino bonus and the sports bonus live under different rules because the games are different. A slot pays back a known percentage over millions of spins and a casino can price 40x wagering on it exactly. A sports bet has odds the player chooses, and a player with a 100% sports bonus who bets both sides of a game at 1.9 can grind the wagering with almost no risk. So the sports side wagers differently: minimum odds (Neon54 prints 2.0 for its challenges), fewer rollovers, and restrictions on cashing out a bet early. Those rules cannot sit on top of a slot bonus without breaking one or the other, which is why the sites print two offers and make you choose.
In practice that means a bonus balance earned on the sports side cannot be spun on a slot, and a casino bonus cannot be placed on a parlay, until the wagering on each is done and the money is real. Some sites keep the two as literally separate balances in the account. Others use one balance with a flag. Either way the free money is fenced. The cash you deposited is not; that moves between casino and sportsbook freely at all eight sites.

Picking the side at sign-up
At FairPari and the four-site family you choose at registration or at the first deposit, and the choice is final for the welcome. The sports side is usually easier to clear, because sports bonuses tend to carry lower rollover than slot bonuses, though none of these sites printed the sports multiplier on the pages we saw, so read the terms. If you mainly bet and occasionally spin, take the sports offer and play the casino with cash. If it is the other way round, take the casino pack and bet with cash. Trying to use a casino bonus to fund a betting habit, or the reverse, is how people end up with a voided bonus and a chat transcript.
Cashback is where they overlap
The standing promos are where a combined site earns its keep. Malina, MyEmpire and RTbet print separate cashbacks for each side: 15% daily on casino at Malina and MyEmpire (up to $600), 15% weekly at RTbet (up to $4,500), 25% live casino cashback up to $300 at all three, and 10% sport cashback up to $750 at all three. Stake's Rakeback and BC.Game's Deposit Rakeback apply across the account. Those are percentages of what you lose, paid back, and they are the same whichever side you lost it on. That is the one place a sportsbook casino is better than two separate accounts: one login, one KYC, and losses on either side count toward the same give-back.
