Paying in and cashing out
A cashier guide for Canadians at offshore sites: what works, what declines, what the KYC wants, and what each casino on our list prints.

The cashier is where most offshore casinos lose a Canadian player, usually before the first spin. Cards decline, the e-Transfer request comes from a stranger, the crypto address is 34 characters of nothing. This page is the version of the cashier we wish someone had written for us. Every casino-specific number below is from the pages we saw; where a site shows no methods before sign-up, we say so rather than guess.
Interac e-Transfer
The method most Canadians want and the one fewest offshore sites print. On our list Red Dog ($20 to $2,000) and SpinMills (listed, no limits) are the two that show it. The Interac page covers how the e-mail transfer works, the bank-side daily cap of around C$3,000 many banks apply, and why withdrawals back are slower. Short version: deposits in minutes, payouts after KYC and a review queue.
Visa and Mastercard, and why they decline
Red Dog and Slots Empire list Visa and Mastercard at $30 to $1,000. Slots Empire adds American Express, Discover and Diners Club, which is unusual. SpinMills and Spinlander list Visa and Mastercard without limits. The problem is on the bank's side. Most Canadian credit card issuers code offshore gambling as a cash advance or block the merchant category outright, so the deposit bounces or lands with a cash-advance fee and interest from day one. Debit Visa and prepaid cards go through more often. A declined card is not a sign the casino is broken; it is a sign your bank has an opinion.
Vouchers: Neosurf, Flexepin, Paysafecard
You buy a code at a convenience store or online, paste it into the cashier, and the bank never sees a casino. Red Dog and Slots Empire take Neosurf from $10 and Flexepin from $20 to $500. Spinlander lists Paysafecard. Red Dog gives an extra 20% on its VAGGINGTAILS code for Neosurf deposits, and Slots Empire's landing-page offer adds 20% for Neosurf and BTC. The downside is one-way: you cannot withdraw to a voucher, so you will need a second method for the payout, and that second method needs KYC.
E-wallets: Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter, MiFinity, Revolut
Spinlander lists Skrill and Neteller and puts e-wallets in its instant withdrawal lane after one-time KYC. SpinMills lists Skrill, Neteller, Revolut and MiFinity alongside Apple Pay and Google Pay. MuchBetter, which comes up a lot in Canadian casino forums, was not printed by any site on our list before sign-up; it may be in a cashier after registration, we just did not see it. E-wallets are the usual answer when a card declines, and the usual way to get paid fast, at the cost of an account with a third company and its own verification.
PayPal
One site: Red Dog, up to $9,000. Nobody else on the list prints it. PayPal is rare at offshore casinos because PayPal itself is picky about which operators it works with, so if it matters to you, Red Dog is the only place we can point and say "it is on the cashier".
Crypto
Red Dog takes Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Solana, Ripple, Dogecoin, Cardano, Shiba Inu and Binance Coin from $20, USDT (ERC20) and USD Coin from $40. Slots Empire takes Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Dogecoin from $20 and USDT from $40, credited in up to 15 minutes. SpinMills lists BTC, ETH, LTC, Tron, USDT on ERC20 and TRC20, Binance Pay and Bybit Pay. Stake, BC.Game and Whale.io are crypto wallets; BC.Game and Whale.io add a Buy Crypto button. The crypto page covers fees and confirmations.
KYC, before you need the money
Every site will ask for ID, proof of address and sometimes a photo of the card you used, with the middle digits covered. They ask at withdrawal, not deposit, which is why the first payout is the slow one. Spinlander calls it one-time KYC and says withdrawals run 1 to 3 days after it. Do it the day you sign up, while you do not need the money, and the first withdrawal stops being a fight. Use the same name as your bank account and your ID. Variations get flagged.
How long until the money lands
Red Dog: Bitcoin 1 to 3 business days, credit card 3 to 4 business days, bank wire 5 business days; minimum $150, maximum $2,500 per withdrawal, zero payout fees. Slots Empire: Bitcoin and USDT 1 to 3 business days, card and bank wire 3 to 4; minimum $150, maximum $2,500 a week, higher for VIP, and the site says crypto payouts typically land within 24 to 48 hours. Spinlander: 1 to 3 days after KYC, e-wallet and crypto in the instant lane. SpinMills does not print a time; the VIP ladder sets the limit, from C$730 at level 1 to C$2,900 at level 15. BC.Game says zero-fee withdrawals. Everyone else on the list prints nothing, which is its own answer.

"Not listed before sign-up" means exactly that. The cashier shows the methods for your country once you have an account, and we only write down what we saw.

Questions and answers
Short and specific.
01Why does my Canadian credit card get declined at casinos?
Most issuers block the gambling merchant category for offshore sites or treat the deposit as a cash advance. Debit Visa, prepaid cards, vouchers like Neosurf and Flexepin, or an e-wallet usually get through.
02Which casino takes PayPal?
Red Dog, up to $9,000. No other site on our list prints PayPal before sign-up.
03When do I have to do KYC?
At the first withdrawal, at almost every site. Spinlander calls it one-time KYC and quotes 1 to 3 days for payouts after it. Do it on day one so the first cash-out is not delayed.
04How fast are withdrawals?
Red Dog: Bitcoin 1 to 3 business days, card 3 to 4, bank wire 5. Slots Empire: crypto 1 to 3 business days (typically 24 to 48 hours), card and wire 3 to 4. Spinlander: 1 to 3 days after KYC. Most other sites print nothing.
05Can I withdraw to a Neosurf or Flexepin voucher?
No. Vouchers are deposit only. You need a second verified method, usually bank wire, card or crypto, for the payout.
06Which sites let me hold a CAD balance?
SpinMills, Spinlander, Rolling Slots, Need for Spin and FairPari list CAD. Red Dog, Slots Empire, Malina, MyEmpire, Neon54, RTbet and Wild Tokyo quote in USD. Stake and BC.Game display CA$ over a crypto balance.
