Base game and symbols

The 1 covers 22 of the 54 segments and pays 1 to 1. The 2, 5 and 10 pay their face value and land less often. There are three 2 Rolls segments, one 4 Rolls and two Chance. You bet on the numbers and on 2 Rolls or 4 Rolls; Chance is not a bet, it just happens.

When Chance lands, the host draws a card. It is either an instant cash prize or a multiplier, and if it is a multiplier the wheel spins again with your bets in place. Land Chance twice in a row and the multipliers stack.

Rounds run on the studio timer. Most of them end on a number, and if you only bet the bonuses, most rounds simply take your chips. That is the trap here: 2 Rolls and 4 Rolls are what you came for, and backing them every round is a slow drain. Many bonus terms exclude live game shows or count them at a small share of wagering, so keep bonus money elsewhere.

Bonus round

On 2 Rolls or 4 Rolls, Mr Monopoly rolls two dice and walks the board. Each property he lands on pays its multiplier to everyone who backed that bonus. Doubles give an extra roll. Passing Go doubles every property value on the board. Income Tax and Super Tax take 10% or 20% of what you have collected so far, and Jail stops him until he rolls doubles.

A dead bonus looks like a short walk: two cheap properties, a stop on Income Tax, and a payout smaller than the chips you spent waiting for it. A 4 Rolls round can still end small. The big ones need a Chance multiplier landing just before the bonus, which multiplies the whole board.
