Roughly 12% of the game's return is paid into the Dream Drop jackpot pool, which is why the base figure is lower than most Relax slots; the info page inside the game shows the exact build you are on.

WHAT IT IS

Temple Tumble 2 Dream Drop in short

Temple Tumble 2 Dream Drop is Relax Gaming's May 2022 sequel to Temple Tumble Megaways, with the Megaways reels swapped for a fixed 6 by 6 grid and a five-tier progressive jackpot bolted on. Stone blocks cover up to 24 positions, wins blow up the blocks next to them, and clearing the whole grid starts free spins. The base RTP is 94.80%, because part of every bet feeds the jackpot pool.

Canadians search for it because of the Dream Drop. The Mega tier seeds at 500,000 and the clips of it dropping travel fast. The trade is a game that pays less than its stablemates in the base game, and you should know that before you treat it as a normal tumble slot.

HOW IT PLAYS

Base game and symbols

Six reels, six rows, up to 46,656 ways when the grid is fully open. Three or more matching symbols on adjacent reels from the left pay. On a normal spin the grid is partly covered in stone blocks, between 3 and 24 of them, and the blocks do not pay. They are in the way.

A win removes the winning symbols and every block they touch. New symbols drop into the gaps, the grid is checked again, and the tumble carries on until nothing wins. Two explorer symbols act as wilds. The base-game goal is simple to describe and hard to do: clear every block in one spin. Most spins end with half the grid still stone and a small win or none.

The jackpot sits on top of all that. At random, before a normal spin, the game can give you a jackpot spin with only stone blocks and Dream Drop symbols on it. Land enough of them and you move to the five-reel jackpot grid, where the first reel to fill pays its tier: Rapid, Midi, Maxi, Major or Mega. Pace is medium, with long tumble chains on the good spins. Most casino bonuses cap the stake at about C$5 to C$7 a spin; with no bonus buy here that is the only rule that normally applies.

Features

  • Tumbles: wins remove the winning symbols and any stone block touching them
  • Clear every block to trigger 6 free spins; clear every symbol too for 3 more
  • Three free spins modes: multipliers and extra spins, persistent wilds and transform, or combined
  • Dream Drop jackpot: five tiers from Rapid to Mega, triggered by a random jackpot spin
  • No bonus buy
THE FEATURE

Bonus round

Clear every stone block in one spin and you get 6 free spins. Clear every symbol as well and you get 3 more. Before the round you choose a mode. Multipliers and extra spins puts 1x to 3x multiplier blocks and spin blocks in the stone, each adding to the win multiplier or the spin count when destroyed. Persistent wild and transform gives wilds that stay for a set number of spins and blocks that change one symbol type into another for the next cascade. Combined mixes all four block types. Each win inside the feature adds spins, so a round that keeps tumbling keeps going.

A dead bonus is six spins where the blocks never clear, the multiplier stays at 1x and the round pays about 4x your stake. It happens often enough. Dream Drop and free spins are separate; one does not help the other.

OUR TAKE

Should you play Temple Tumble 2 Dream Drop?

Play it if you want a tumble slot with a jackpot attached and you have made peace with the 94.80% figure. It suits a real-money session where the jackpot is the reason you sat down. Skip it for bonus wagering or RTP hunting; the base return is below almost everything else on this list. Gates of Olympus is the higher-RTP tumble game, and Divine Fortune is the other progressive jackpot slot people compare it to.

QUESTIONS

Temple Tumble 2 Dream Drop: questions

Short answers, no fluff.

01Why is the RTP on Temple Tumble 2 Dream Drop only 94.80%?

Because a slice of every bet, about 12% of the game's return according to the published figures, goes into the Dream Drop jackpot pool. You get it back only if you hit a jackpot. For everyone else the game pays less than a standard 96% slot, and that adds up over a long session.

02Can I play Temple Tumble 2 Dream Drop with a casino bonus in Canada?

Usually yes, with the stake capped at about C$5 to C$7 a spin. Some casinos exclude jackpot games from bonus play altogether, and some cap jackpot wins on bonus money, so read the terms. With the low base RTP it is a poor choice for clearing wagering either way.

03Which free spins mode should I pick?

Multipliers and extra spins is the straightforward one and the most popular. Persistent wilds and transform pays more evenly but rarely huge. Combined is a mix with no guarantee of either. The modes are built to return about the same, so pick by how you like a round to feel.

RTP, max win and release date checked against casinos.com, gambling.com, olbg.com in October 2026. Casinos can run a different RTP build; the game's own info page shows the one you are on.
